Peschici, born from the rock dominates the landscape from a high cliff that plunges to the sea. The picturesque town on the coast of the Gargano, crowned with dense forests and extensive pine forests, stands out for its white buildings with gray domes (lampie) that echo the architecture of the Arab casbah. Along the road leading to the country, produced in the rock, one can see numerous caves, inhabited mainly by fishermen, who needs to be on the merit of having invented a complex but strong machine to fish: the trabucco.

Walking through the narrow alleys carved into rock climbing or small, winding staircase you will find a unique atmosphere: the scent of pine mixed in the sea salt is mixed with the smell of rosemary and caper that Peschici arises spontaneously.

The coastal landscape is varied: long beach with shallow sea, small coves with fine sand and burning alternate with cliffs and gravelly stretches, a favorite destination for fishing enthusiasts who dive on these soundings are sea bass and lobsters.
